民族地区传统生态文化传承和发展——以新疆传统生态文化为例

Transformation and Innovation of Traditional Ecological Culture in Ethnic Minority Areas:Taking the Existence of Traditional Ecological Culture in Xinjiang as an Example

习近平总书记在全国生态环境大会的讲话中指出,“绵延5000多年的中华文明孕育着丰富的生态文化,生态兴则文化兴,生态衰则文化衰。”如何认识与理解这一重要论述,包括构成中华民族共同体的各个少数民族群体创造和发展起来的传统生态文化,特别是在生态文明建设中如何看待、发现和利用少数民族地区丰富多样的生态文化资源,具有重要的现实意义和学术价值。以新疆传统生态文化为例,在阐述民族地区传统生态文化的内涵与历史溯源的基础上,进一步讨论了传统生态文化的传承困境与发展路径。同时提出,民族地区的生态文明建设的核心问题是当地传统生态文化中优秀的本土基因的传承与发展,而不是“去文化”的生态文明形式“构建”,传统生态文化的传承与发展应落脚于绿色发展理念和“两山”理论的践行上,使生态文化在传承中发展,在发展中传承。进而提出传统生态文化对民族地区生态文明建设的启示。

As General SecretaryXI Jinping pointed out in his speech at the National Conference on Ecology and Environment,“The 5,000-year Chinese civilization has nurtured a rich ecological culture.When ecology prospers,culture prospers;when ecology weakens,culture weakens”.How to recognize and understand this important discussion,including the ecological culture created and developed by each ethnic minority group constituting the Chinese national community,especially how to treat the rich and diverse ecological culture in ethnic minority areas in the construction of ecological civilization,has important practical significance and academic value.TakingXinjiang traditional ecological culture as an example,this paper expounds the connotation and historical origin of traditional ecological culture in ethnic areas,and further discusses the inheritance dilemma and development path of traditional ecological culture.At the same time,it is pointed out that the core problem of ecological civilization construction in ethnic minority areas is the inheritance and development of excellent native genes in the local traditional ecological cultureand practicing the“Two Mountains Theory”,rather than the construction of“de-culturing”ecological civilization,and the enlightenment of traditional ecological culture to the ecological civilization construction in ethnic minority areas is discussed.
