摘要 为牢固树立和贯彻落实创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念,国务院发布了多项文件,对装配式建筑发展提出指导目标和方案。该文以重庆市某工程为例,探究其装配式方案及建造技术。通过对比分析,该工程选定为钢框架方案,且利用BIM技术对预制构件进行深化设计,结合理论分析及现场小规模实验,最后在装配率、造价、工期上做到了综合较优。该文采用的设计方案及建造技术,可为装配式建筑提供参考。 In order to firmly establish and implement the development philosophy of innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,and sharing,the State Council has issued a number of documents that put forward guiding goals and schemes for the development of prefabricated buildings.This paper,based on a project in Chongqing as a case,explored its prefabrication scheme and construction technology.Through comparative analysis,the project was selected as a steel frame scheme,and the prefabricated components were further designed using BIM technology.Through theoretical analysis and small-scale on-site experiments,the prefabrication rate,cost,and construction period were comprehensively optimized.The design scheme and construction technology adopted in this paper can provide references for prefabricated buildings.
