论户外休闲运动绿色化制度的完善

户外休闲运动绿色化既是一种理念,更是一种行动方案,旨在保护生态环境、维护生态公平、克制生态贪欲。然而,实现这些目的需要制度加以保障。当前,我国户外休闲运动绿色化制度存在实施效果不佳、当事人异化等现实困境,需要予以改进。户外休闲运动绿色化制度的完善应该秉承绿色发展理念、健全生态教育制度、建构良性的生态社会认同机制,完善户外休闲运动生态影响评价、审批与生态政绩考核制度。

The greening of outdoor leisure sports is not only a concept,but also an action plan.It aims to protect the ecological environment,maintain ecological equityand restrain ecological greed.However,the achievement of these objectives requires institutional safeguards.At present,the sports of outdoor leisure in China face real dilemmas,such as polluted environment,alienated purpose,and dissimilated of supervision.we must hold the concept of green development,improve the system of ecological education,construct the mechanism of social identity,promote the system of ecological impact assessment,and perfect the system of ecological performance,which will be the main way to green the sports of outdoor leisure.
