摘要
研制了一种用于模拟轧辊表面粗糙度保持能力的试验机,该试验机制样难度低,装配精度高,环向磨损均匀;试验转速连续可调,整个试验周期,试验力稳定;可以实时采集扭矩、转速等信号。通过调整陪试样材质、硬度、试验力、润滑介质等试验参数,获得较好的模拟效果。
A testing machine used for simulating roller surface roughness holding capacity has been researched and manufactured.The testing machine possessed continuous adjustable testing rotating speed and stable test force in testing period to gather real time torque moment,rotating speed and other signals with lower sample preparation difficulty,higher assembled precision,even circumferential wear.By adjusting testing parameters of accompanying sample material,hardness,test force and lubrication medium,better simulated effects could be obtained.
