摘要
分析了3Cr13马氏体不锈钢小深孔加工中存在钻削系统刚性差、刀具磨损快、易粘刀、排屑不畅、冷却润滑不良等难题,结合Φ200数控落地镗床的加工特性,合理选用加工刀具、切削用量及切削液,解决了马氏体不锈钢小深孔的加工难题。
Machining difficulties of poor drilling system rigidity,fast tool wear,easy cutter viscidity,blocked chip removal,unwell cooling lubrication of 3Cr13 martensite stainless steel small deep hole have been analyzed,further combining with machining characteristics of Φ200 numerical control floor type boring machine,machining tool,cutting amount and cutting liquid have been selected reasonably to solve machining difficulty of martensite stainless steel small deep hole.
