摘要
2.25Cr1Mo0.25V冶炼时加入适量的B可以提高淬透性,但是B易与O、N等生成硼化物导致硼无法发挥作用。通过理论计算与生产实践,对2.25Cr1Mo0.25V的化学成分控制提出了优化。
The hardenability can be improved by adding an appropriate amount of boron when smelting 2.25Cr1Mo0.25V steel,but boron is easy to form boride with O,N,etc.,so that boron cannot play a role.Through theoretical calculation and production practice,the optimization of chemical composition control of 2.25 Cr1Mo0.25V steel has been put forward.
