摘要
分析原精炼渣存在的问题,提出使用CaO-SiO2-Al2O3精炼渣代替CaO-SiO2-CaF2精炼渣。在通过相图分析并总结前人理论研究的基础上,选取精炼渣组元质量配比:CaO为45%~50%,Al2O3为20%~25%,SiO2为12%~15%,MgO为6%~10%。经过现场应用试验,证明其能够满足产品要求。
The existing problems of the original refining slag have been analyzed,and CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 refining slag has been proposed to replace CaO-SiO2-CaF2 refining slag.On the basis of phase diagram analysis and summary of previous theoretical studies,the mass ratios of refined slag components have been selected:CaO is 45%~50%,Al2O3 is 20%~25%,SiO2 is 12%~15%,and MgO is 6%~10%.Through application test at site,it has been proved that it can meet the requirements of the product.
