Ti-55531合金修正的Johnson-Cook本构模型的建立

摘要 对Ti-55531合金进行热压缩试验,分析该合金的高温流变行为并建立修正的Johnson-Cook本构模型,并用该模型进行了应力值预测。结果表明,该模型具有较高的预测精度。 The thermal compression test of Ti-55531 alloy has been carried out to analyze the high-temperature rheological behavior of the alloy and establish a modified Johnson-Cook constitutive model,which has been used to predict the stress values.The results show that the model has high prediction accuracy.
