摘要
在介绍5Ni-1Cr-MoVNb钢成分设计、性能要求、相变点的基础上,详细分析了奥氏体化温度、回火温度等对钢性能的影响,获得了最佳热处理工艺,即880℃/空冷+600℃/空冷。通过试验验证了钢没有回火脆性倾向。
Based on the introduction of the composition design,performance requirements and phase transformation point of 5Ni-1Cr-MoVNb steel,the effects of austenitizing temperature and tempering temperature on the properties of the steel have been analyzed in detail,and the best heat treatment process has been obtained,which is 880℃/air cooling+600℃/air cooling.It is verified through experiments that the steel has no tendency to temper brittleness.
