摘要
大豆收获时,脱出物主要包括大豆籽粒、短茎秆、荚壳及轻质杂余等,其物理特性与大豆机械化收获密切相关,直接影响收获机的清选效果。为实现大豆脱出混合物的有效筛分、提高清选装置工作性能,分别对黄淮海地区濉科20和中黄13大豆脱出物的含水率、密度、百粒质量、静摩擦因数和恢复系数进行试验测定与分析,得到大豆脱出物的基础物理特性参数。研究表明:两品种大豆脱出物物理特性存在一定差异,但总体差异不大。研究结果可为深入研究大豆脱出物的筛分机理和完善大豆收获机清选数值模拟参数提供依据。
When soybean is harvested,the mixture after threshing mainly includes soybean seeds,short stalks,pods,light impurities,etc.The physical properties of soybean mixture after threshing are closely related to soybean mechanized harvesting,which directly affects the cleaning effect of the harvester.In order to realize the effective separation of soybean mixture after threshing and improve the performance of the cleaning device,the moisture content,density,100-grain weight,static friction coefficient and recovery coefficient of the mixture after threshing of Suike 20 and Zhonghuang 13 soybeans in Huanghuaihai region were tested and analyzed,and the basic physics of the mixture after threshing was obtained.The results showed that there were some differences in physical properties between the two soybean varieties after threshing,but the overall difference was not significant.This study provides a basis for further studying the screening mechanism of soybean mixture after threshing and improving the numerical simulation parameters of soybean harvester cleaning.
