论提升新时代网络主流意识形态话语权的四重维度

ON THE FOUR DIMENSIONS TO ENHANCE THE DISCOURSE POWER OF NETWORK MAINSTREAM IDEOLOGY IN THE NEW ERA

网络领域是新兴的思想斗争阵地。新的技术层出不穷,与技术相伴相生的舆论思潮也纷繁复杂,各类非主流思潮正在意图抢夺网络这一阵地。主流思想宣传必须与时俱进,敢于开展舆论斗争,主动抢占网络新阵地,提升网络话语权。可以从四方面入手:一是坚持习近平有关网络建设的重要论述,二是促进网络话语内容的创新表达,三是增强网络话语主体的宣传能力,四是坚持一元思想引领多元思潮。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has ushered in a new era when the Internet becomes an emergent battlefield for ideology.With the constant advent of new technologies,public opinions generated by technology are complicated.It is obvious that non-mainstream ideologies breed on the Internet as a new battlefield.Therefore,the mainstream ideological propaganda must advance with the times,step in the network field in an all-round way,daringly carry out the public opinion battle,take the initiative to seize the new network battlefield,and improve the network discourse power.Four dimensions are then proposed.It is necessary to adhere to the important thought of Xi Jinping on network construction,to promote the content innovation of Internet discourse,to enhance the propaganda of network discourse entities,and to adopt one concept to guide the pluralistic trends of ideology.
