“双创”背景下大学生创新能力现状及培养策略研究——以地方高校大学为例

RESEARCH ON THE CURRENT SITUATION AND TRAINING STRATEGY OF COLLEGE STUDENTS'INNOVATIVE ABILITY IN THE BACKGROUND OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION PROMOTION:AN EXAMPLE OF LOCAL COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES

我国高等教育越来越注重创新型人才的培养,应用型本科院校的大学生也越来越成为社会创新发展的重要力量,所以培养创新型大学生成为高等教育的发展方向。从大学生创新认知、创新情绪、创新准备等3个方面,分析了高校大学生的创新能力现状以及大学生创新能力不足的原因。从课程培养方案设置、大学生动力机制建立以及创新模式营造等方面,提出了相应的对策与建议。

There has been an increased emphasis on the cultivation of innovative talents in China's higher education.Students in application-oriented colleges and universities have gradually become an important force for social innovation and development.Therefore,the cultivation of innovative college students has become the development direction of colleges and universities.The current situation and causes of college students'innovative ability are examined from three aspects,i.e.,student's innovative cognition,innovative emotion and innovative preparation.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in terms of training curriculum,college students'dynamic mechanism establishment and the construction of innovative mode,etc.
