非平衡模具热力学状态的仿真模拟

摘要 为了探究在热力学非平衡状态下,非平衡模具型腔内共混物的热力学状态。利用有限元分析方法仿真模拟分析了非平衡状态下,模具处于开模状态下的传热情况、合模状态下的传热情况,型腔内的耗散结构形成后快速冷却过程的传热情况。研究结果为非平衡射出成型实验提供了理论依据,并为非平衡模具设计起到一定的指导作用,还能对成型工艺参数设定提供有价值的建议。 In order to explore the thermodynamic state of the blend in the non-equilibrium mold cavity under the thermodynamic non-equilibrium state,the heat transfer of the mold in the open and close state,and the heat transfer in the rapid cooling process after the formation of the dissipative structure in the mold cavity were simulated and analyzed by using the finite element analysis method.It provides a theoretical basis for the non-equilibrium injection molding experiment,playes a certain guiding role in the design of the non-equilibrium mold and provides valuable suggestions for the setting of molding process parameters.
