摘要
以出口宽度470 mm和厚度18 mm的发泡宽幅板材预成型口型板为例,使用三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)材料和Polyflow软件,模拟分析口型板几何构型对口型板出口熔体速度的影响,并对其进行优化设计与验证。结果表明,口型板的入口角、阻尼数量和阻尼高度的变化,都对口型板出口速度均匀性的改善有不同程度的影响;这些口型板几何参数的单独变化,都无法完全克服口型板宽度两侧速度较大的问题;为了获得速度均匀性和生产效率的最佳平衡,应当合理组合使用口型板的这些几何参数。
Taking the wide die plate with an exit width of 470 mm and an exit thickness of 30 mm as an example,ethylene propylene diene monomer materials Polyflow software were used to simulate and analyze the influence of die plate configurations on melt velocity at die plate exit,and the design of die plate configurations was optimized and tested.The results show that the changes of the inlet angle,the damping quantity and the damping height of the die plate have different degrees of influences on the uniformity of the die plate’s outlet velocities.The single variation of the geometric parameters of the lip plate could not completely overcome the problem of large velocity on both sides of the width of the lip plate.In order to obtain the best balance between the uniformity of the velocity and production efficiency,a reasonable combination among these geometric parameters should be used.
