摘要
采用双螺杆挤出加工方法,通过添加不同种类的聚烯烃基弹性体,制备了耐低温高流动的尼龙66(PA66)料,研究了添加不同黏度的PA66基料,弹性体的种类和含量以及挤出工艺对材料性能的影响。结果表明,中、低黏度搭配的尼龙原料,以及EPDM-g-MAH和POE-g-MAH的搭配,可以得到低温韧性和流动性的最佳平衡;添加13%的接枝弹性体,并且使用较强的螺杆剪切强度挤出工艺,可以得到低温韧性和刚性的最佳平衡。
Nylon 66(PA66)with low temperature resistance and high flow rate was prepared by twin-screw extrusion with different kinds of ployolefin elastomers(POE).The effects of different viscosity PA66 based materials,different kinds of elastomers and extrusion process on the properties of the materials were studied.The results show that the best balance between low temperature toughness and fluidity can be obtained by blending nylon with low viscosity and grafting ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)with POE.The best balance of toughness and rigidity at low temperature can be obtained by adding 13%grafted elastomer and using strong screw shear strength extrusion porcess.
