摘要
采用溶液沉淀法制备尼龙6(PA6)/活性炭复合粉体,并通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和激光粒度分析仪等对复合粉体的热性能、晶体结构和粒径等进行测试与分析。结果表明,活性炭的加入,能够实现对PA6/活性炭复合粉体粒径及其分布、烧结温度窗口和流动性能的调控;随活性炭含量的增加,复合粉体的熔点和结晶温度呈现先增后减的趋势;当活性炭含量为3%时,复合粉体粒径及其分布达到极小值、流动性能最优,有助于提高选择性激光烧结烧结件的质量。
Nylon 6(PA6)/activated carbon composite powders were prepared by solvent precipitation method.The thermal properties,crystal structure and particle size of powders were studied and analyzed by differential scanning caborimetry(DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD),laser particle size analyzer and so on.The results show that the addition of activated carbon can control the particle size and distribution,sintering temperature window,and flow properties of PA6/activated carbon composite powders.Meanwhile,with the increase of activated carbon content,the melting point and crystallization temperature of the composite powders show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.When the content of activated carbon is 3%,the composite powders could reach the minimum value of the particle size and distribution,and the best flow performance,which helps to improve the quality of the selective laser sintered parts.
