摘要
利用双重差分法(Difference in Differences,DID),基于2007-2017年的中国城市面板数据,研究了中国自贸试验区政策试点对地区经济增长的影响。研究发现第一,自贸区政策试点显著地促进了地区实际GDP与人均实际GDP的增长。第二,自贸区政策试点对地区经济增长的促进作用呈现出“边际效应递减”的特征,即随着城市等级的升高,促进作用逐级递减。肯定了自贸区政策试点对促进地区经济增长方式的改革成效,为自贸试验区制度的完善、复制与推广提供理论支撑与政策建议。
Based on the panel data of China's urbans from 2007 to 2017,this paper uses the DID method to study the impact of China's pilot Free Trade Zone(FTZ)policy on regional economic development.The results show that first,the FTZ policy significantly promoted the growth of regional real GDP and per capita real GDP.Second,the promotion of FTZ policy to regional economic development shows the characteristics of"diminishing marginal effect"with the increase of urban level.From the perspective of policy effect evaluation,it affirms the reform effect of the FTZ on promoting regional economic development,and provides theoretical support and policy suggestions for the improvement,replication and promotion of the system reform of the FTZ.
