新冠肺炎疫情暴发后,人与自然关系如何“再平衡”,既关乎中华民族永续发展,也考验着党的初心使命。汲取这次疫情肆虐的教训,创新性把人与自然和谐共生的价值理路融合于经济发展,把握好经济理性与生态理性的辩证关系,加快将道德主体对自然的善转化为国家政策支持,是筑牢疫情防控生态安全机制的新诉求和新方向。以此为引领,要以城乡协调发展构建空间伦理秩序,以绿色融合发展构建生态伦理秩序,以夯实基础性制度构建制度伦理秩序,从根上筑牢国泰民安的生态安全屏障。

After the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic,the rebalance of the relationship between man and nature is not only related to the sustainable development of the Chinese nation,but also tests the original aspiration and mission of the Communist Party of.To learn the lesson of this pandemic,the value theory of harmonious symbiosis between man and nature should be innovatively integrated with economic development,the dialectical relationship between economic rationality and ecological rationality should be grasped,and the transformation of moral subjects’goodness to nature into national policy support should be sped up.All of the above-mentioned is a new demand and new direction of building a solid ecological security mechanism for pandemic prevention and control.Taking this as a guidance,it is necessary to construct a spatial ethical order based on the coordinated urban and rural development,to construct ecological ethical order with the support of green development and to construct the institutional ethical order with the improvement of the institutional system so as to build an ecological security barrier for the prosperity of the country and the well-being of the people.
