疫情下企业变革型领导权变策略的实证分析

摘要 “新冠”疫情使不少企业暴露出危机领导能力不足的问题,从疫情危机这一特定情景出发,验证了不同危机感知程度下变革型领导及其子维度与危机领导力评价的影响关系。(1)不同疫情感知程度下,变革型领导对危机领导力评价均显著正相关。(2)低疫情危机感知下道德垂范、领导魅力会对危机领导力评价显著正相关。(3)高疫情危机感知下,愿景激励和领导魅力对危机领导力评价显著正相关。本研究支持了变革型领导应基于不同情景权变性采用的观点,同时为不同危机情景下领导方式的选择和企业领导者的选拔提供了参考和依据。 Problems of insufficient crisis leadership ability has exposed in many enterprises in the COVID-19 pandemic.Under this special situation,this paper verifies the relationship between the transformational leadership and the crisis leadership evaluation under different crisis perception levels.The result has revealed in the following three aspects:firstly,the transformational leadership has a significant positive correlation with the crisis leadership evaluation under different pandemic crisis perception levels;secondly,the leaders’moral modeling and charisma have a significant positive correlation with the crisis leadership evaluation under the low pandemic crisis perception;thirdly,under the high pandemic crisis perception,visionary incentives and leaders’charisma have a significant positive correlation with the crisis leadership evaluation.
