基于风送辅助的螺旋风送装置结构设计与试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前喷雾作业中的雾滴雾化效果差、沉积率小、叶片背面药液附着率低等问题,设计了一套由风箱和螺旋风口套组成的风送装置。运用CFD技术对风送装置的流场进行了仿真,结果表明:该风箱结构具备较好的分布风压的能力,螺旋风口套结构能够极大地提高出口风速且改变风向。对装有螺旋风口套和未装有螺旋风口套的两种工况下的试验平台进行喷雾作业,并对雾滴覆盖率和雾滴粒径体积中值等参数进行测量,结果表明:螺旋风口套安装后,提高了树冠各层的雾滴覆盖率,叶片背面药液附着率提高了2.7%,叶片正反面的药液附着率差值缩小至9.6%;树冠的雾滴体积中值直径相比减小了21.6%,说明螺旋风口套的设计细化了雾滴直径,提高了雾滴覆盖率和药液利用率。 Aiming at the problems such as poor atomization effect,low penetration and low deposition rate,a set of air conveying device composed of bellows and spiral tuyere sleeves was designed,and CFD technology is used to simulate the flow field of the wind feeder,the results show that the bellows have a good distribution of wind pressure,and the design of spiral tuyere sleeve can greatly improve the outlet wind speed and change the direction.Spiral tuyere set and not by means of which equipped with helical tuyere set of two kinds of working conditions of the spray test platform operation effects were analyzed,and the droplets coverage and particle diameter values measured parameters such as volume,the results showed that the helical tuyere set after installation,improve the canopy coverage of droplets of each layer,the blade on the back of the liquid adherent rate increased by 2.7%,positive and negative blade solution adhesion rate difference narrowed to 9.6%.The mean diameter of droplet volume in the crown decreased by 21.6%.The results showed that the design of spiral tuyere sleeve refined the diameter of fog droplets and increased the deposition rate of liquid medicine.
