农用车辆智能防抱死制动系统的设计--基于模糊PID与嵌入式系统

摘要 为了提高农用车辆在紧急制动时的安全性,将模糊PID和嵌入式系统引入到了车辆防抱死制动系统中,通过PID反馈调节和模糊规则控制轮胎的滑移率,可以提高防抱死系统控制的控制精度和响应速度。为了验证该方法的可行性,以东方红拖拉机作为实验对象,对车辆安装模糊PID控制器前后的制动性能进行了测试。试结果表明:采用模糊PID控制器后,在车辆制动时车辆轮胎的附着力可以迅速地调节到稳定范围内,车辆的侧滑率较小,从而可以降低车辆侧翻的风险,对于提高农用车辆的安全性具有重要的作用。 In order to improve the safety of agricultural vehicles in emergency braking,it introduced the fuzzy PID and embedded system into the anti-lock braking system of vehicles.The control accuracy and response speed of the anti-lock braking system can be improved by controlling the slip rate of tires through PID feedback regulation and fuzzy rules.In order to verify the feasibility of this method,it tested the braking performance of Dongfanghong tractor before and after the installation of the fuzzy PID controller.The test results show that the adhesion of the tire can be quickly adjusted to a stable range when the vehicle is braked by using the fuzzy PID controller,and the side slip rate of the vehicle is small,thus it reduced the rollover of the vehicle.Risk plays an important role in improving the safety of agricultural vehicles.
