摘要
博士后队伍是研究型医院的重要科研人才队伍。以北京市某三甲公立医院为研究对象,在深入探究博士后需求特点的前提下,以双因素理论为基础,从激励因素与保健因素两个维度切入,制定博士后激励策略。从建立一体化管理平台、薪酬激励、考勤管理、博士后参与管理决策与择优留用等多角度入手,实现对博士后的有效激励。激励策略实施后,博士后的业绩产出与工作积极性均有显著提升。
Post-doctors are important talents in research-oriented hospitals.Taking a certain tertiary hospital in Beijing as an example,and based on the Two-Factor Theory,this article,by exploring the demands of post-doctors,has developed the post-doctoral incentive strategy from the two dimensions of incentive factors and health care factors.In order to motivate the post-doctors effectively,the strategy concerned several perspectives,including establishment of integrated management platform,salary motivation,attendance management,post-doctors’participation in management decision and preferential recruitment.Since the implementation of this strategy,post-doctors’output and working enthusiasm have been improved significantly.
