Analysis of Nosocomial Infection Control in the COVID-19 Specialized Military Hospital

军队医院在突发传染病疫情防控工作中发挥着重要作用。以某新型冠状病毒肺炎专科军队医院为例,介绍传染病专科医院在布局流程设计、制度规范制定、人员培训监管落实等方面的感染管理策略,提出需要通过加快感控专职队伍建设、改进临床预防实践、提升人员感控意识和对疾病本身的认知、投入信息化管理手段等综合感控策略来推动军队卫勤应急队伍建设,为今后突发公共卫生事件中军队卫勤保障提供参考。

Military hospitals have played an important role in the prevention and control of the emerging epidemic.Taking a COVID-19 specialized military hospital in Wuhan as an example,this paper introduced the nosocomial infection management strategies in ward design,system formulation,and training supervision and implementation.It is proposed to promote the construction of military emergency medical teams by accelerating the construction of a full-time team for nosocomial infection control,improving clinical prevention practices,enhancing staff’s knowledge of nosocomial infection and diseases,and investing in information management means,so as to provide reference for military medical support in the future public health emergencies.
