Experience and Reflection of Participating in the China-Germany“Combined Aid-2019”Joint Medical Military Exercise

全面介绍"联合救援-2019"中德卫勤实兵联演中中德两军卫勤部队在指挥管理、训练体系、装备器材等方面的具体情况,总结其有益经验及做法,对进一步提升联勤保障部队卫勤保障能力,优化卫勤保障体系、人才培养模式、装备器材建设提出思考建议。

The article comprehensively introduced the performance of the Chinese and German medical services in“Combined Aid-2019”Joint Medical Military Exercise in terms of command management,training sys⁃tem,army equipment and so on.In addition,beneficial experience and practices throughout this joint exercise was summarized.Finally,some suggestions were put forward for further strengthening the health service support capabil⁃ity and optimizing the medical support system,intellectual cultivation mode and the army equipment.
