Analysis and Improvement Measures of Circuit Breaker Three-Phase Inconsistent Protection for Abnormal Operation

在实际运行中经常出现因断路器本体三相不一致保护问题造成的断路器误动情况发生。介绍了断路器本体三相不一致保护的原理,从继电器质量、运行环境、回路破损等方面分析了三相不一致保护误动的典型原因,并针对性的从设备采购、运行维护、二次回路优化改造等角度提出了相应的改进措施,实际应用表明,经过优化改进后有效避免了断路器三相不一致保护误动造成的断路器异常动作。

In actual operation,the malfunction of the circuit breaker caused by the three-phase inconsistent protection of the circuit breaker body often occurs.In this paper the principle of the three-phase inconsistent protection of the circuit breaker body is introduced.The typical reasons of the misoperation of the three-phase inconsistent protection are analyzed from the aspects of relay quality,operating environment,circuit damage,etc.,and aimed at equipment procurement,operation,maintenance,and secondary circuit optimization then corresponding improvement measures have been proposed from the perspective of transformation.The actual application shows that after optimization and improvement,the abnormal operation of the circuit breaker caused by the misoperation of the three-phase inconsistent protection of the circuit breaker is effectively avoided.
