摘要 本文首先分析了无损检测技术的常规方法,如超声检测、射线检测以及磁粉检测等,然后主要论述了轴承制造行业中无损检测技术的运用对策,如合理检测轴承滚子、灵活运用检测手段、科学检测轴承滚动体以及加强技术人才的素养等,希望可以为相关人员提供一定的参考,从而在轴承制造行业中将无损检测技术进行切实应用和发展。 This paper first analyzes the conventional methods of non-destructive testing technology,such as ultrasonic testing,radiographic testing and magnetic particle testing,and then mainly discusses the application countermeasures of non-destructive testing technology in the bearing manufacturing industry,such as reasonable detection of bearing rollers,flexible use of testing means,scientific detection of bearing rolling elements and strengthening the literacy of technical personnel,etc.,hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel This paper provides some reference for the practical application and development of nondestructive testing technology in bearing manufacturing industry.
