This paper first analyzes the conventional methods of non-destructive testing technology,such as ultrasonic testing,radiographic testing and magnetic particle testing,and then mainly discusses the application countermeasures of non-destructive testing technology in the bearing manufacturing industry,such as reasonable detection of bearing rollers,flexible use of testing means,scientific detection of bearing rolling elements and strengthening the literacy of technical personnel,etc.,hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel This paper provides some reference for the practical application and development of nondestructive testing technology in bearing manufacturing industry.
