电客车紧急制动电路优化方案研究

摘要 信号系统作为城市轨道交通运输安全的有力保障,遵循故障导向安全的原则,在电客车驾驶过程中触发信号系统安全限制条件或信号系统故障时,信号系统输出紧急制动命令,紧急制动命令发出后须施加制动直至电客车停稳。本文首先对国内某信号系统紧急制动电路设计方案进行简要介绍,然后分析该方案中存在的设计不足,提出紧急制动电路设计的优化方案。最后,以某电客车为例,基于该优化方案进行紧急制动电路改造试验,结果表明该方案具有较好可行性。 As a powerful guarantee for the safety of urban rail transportation,the signal system follows the principle of failure-oriented safety.When the safety restriction condition of the signal system is triggered or the signal system fails during the driving of the metro vehicle,the signal system outputs an emergency brake command,which ensures the continuous application of the braking force during the stopping process of the metro vehicle.In this paper,the emergency brake circuit design scheme of a domestic signal system is briefly introduced,and then,the design deficiencies in the scheme are analyzed,and the optimization scheme of emergency brake circuit design is proposed.Finally,taking an electric bus as an example,the emergency brake circuit modification test is carried out based on the optimization scheme.The results show that the scheme is feasible.
