推动我国经济向高质量、高层次发展,需要加强高职院校人才培养与产业对接的改革创新,促进人才链与产业链契合互动发展。在对接产业发展改革创新中应坚持“精准定位,突出特色;机制先行,动态调整;把握先机,适度超前”的原则,通过加强专业(群)内涵建设、加强人才培养质量和实施育训结合服务社会等措施,实现与产业的有效对接。

To promote the high-quality and high-level development of China's economy,it is necessary to strengthen the reform and innovation of talent training and industry connection in higher vocational colleges,and promote the interactive development of talent chain and industrial chain.In the reform and innovation of industrial connection,we should adhere to the principle of"accurate positioning,highlighting characteristics;mechanism first,dynamic adjustment;grasping the opportunity,moderately advancing".Through strengthening the connotation construction of specialty(group),strengthening the quality of talent cultivation and implementing the combination of education and training to serve society,we realize the effective connection with industries.
