推进地勘单位高质量发展对策研究——以河南省煤田地质局为例

Research on the Countermeasures to Promote the High Quality Development of Geological Exploration Units--A Case Study of He’nan Coal Field Geology Bureau

文章从影响地勘单位高质量发展的人才、科技、资金、产业转型等基础能力建设问题入手,明确地勘单位推进高质量发展需要以五大发展理念为指引,把握好四点要义,处理好五对关系,以强化自身建设为抓手,以服务生态文明建设、服务自然资源管理、服务地方经济社会发展为方向,努力探索一条地勘单位高质量发展的可行路径。

The paper studies the construction of basic capabilities including talents,science and technology,capital and industrial transformation that affect the high-quality development of geological exploration units,and clarifies that the promotion of high-quality development of geological exploration units needs to be guided by the five development philosophies,focus on four key points,and handle five pairs of relations properly.We should strengthen self-construction as the starting point,and serve the construction of ecological civilization,the management of natural resource and the economic and social development of local areas as the direction,make great efforts to explore a feasible path for the high-quality development of geological exploration units.
