社会资本对黄河流域经济高质量发展的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Social Capital on the High Quality Development Level of Economy in the Yellow River Basin

为了检验社会资本对黄河流域经济高质量发展的影响,从创新、协调、开放、绿色、共享五大发展理念出发,构建黄河流域各省(区)高质量发展评价指标体系,运用熵值分析法进行赋权,测算了2003—2017年黄河流域各省(区)经济高质量发展综合指数,并基于经济高质量发展的评价结果,考察了社会资本对经济高质量发展的异质性作用。结果表明:黄河流域各省(区)经济高质量发展水平整体偏低,四川、山东、河南、山西、陕西等省(区)经济高质量发展水平较高,内蒙古、甘肃、青海、宁夏等省(区)经济高质量发展水平较低。社会资本作为替代性的行为规范,对经济高质量发展具有显著的积极作用,社会网络和社会信任对经济高质量发展具有促进作用,社会规范在静态模型中对经济高质量发展具有显著的影响,而在动态模型中对经济高质量发展的影响并不显著。

In order to test the influence of social capital to the high quality economic development of the Yellow River basin,it built a high quality development evaluation index system for provinces in the basin from the five development concepts of innovation,coordination,open,green and sharing,calculated the comprehensive index of high quality economic development of provinces in the basin from 2003 to 2017 by using the entropy value method and investigated the heterogeneity of social capital on high quality economic development based on the evalua⁃tion results of high quality economic development.The results show that the overall level of high⁃quality economic development in the Yellow River basin is relatively lower,of which,Sichuan,Shandong,Henan,Shanxi and Shaanxi are relatively higher and Inner Mongolia,Gansu,Qinghai and Ningxia are relatively lower.Social capital as an alternative norms,to high quality and economic development has significant pos⁃itive effect,social networks and social trust has a high⁃quality development on economic growth and social norms in a static model has signifi⁃cant effect on high quality and economic development,in the dynamic model of economic effect is not significant in the development of high quality.
