前坪水库泄洪洞明挖爆破试验与数值模拟 被引量:4

摘要 为了缩短前坪水库泄洪洞开挖工期,并开挖出级配良好的筑坝石料,开展了泄洪洞爆破开挖试验与数值仿真模拟,研究了前坪水库泄洪洞明挖爆破方案,优选了泄洪洞明挖爆破的装药参数及布孔方案。结果表明:ANSYS中的动力分析模块LS-DYNA能够有效模拟泄洪洞明挖爆破施工,有限元数值仿真模拟与爆破试验吻合较好,有限元计算模型具有一定的通用性,可以为类似工程的隧洞爆破开挖提供参考依据。 Blasting is an important tunneling technique in the process of hydraulic tunnel excavation,which can significantly improve the effi⁃ciency of tunnel excavation.In order to shorten the excavation period of the flood discharge tunnel of Qianping Reservoir and to excavate the well-graded damming stones,the blasting excavation test and numerical simulation analysis of the tunnel were carried out.Combining with the blasting excavation project of Qianping Reservoir,the blasting scheme of flood discharge tunnel in Qianping Reservoir was studied by combining the field test and numerical simulation analysis,the charging parameters and hole layout scheme of the flood discharge tunnel blas⁃ting were optimized.The results show that the dynamic analysis module LS-DYNA in ANSYS can effectively simulate the blasting construc⁃tion of the tunnel,the finite element numerical simulation is in good agreement with the blasting test and the finite element calculation model has certain generality and can provide reference for tunnel excavation by blasting in similar projects.
