金融可得性、居民幸福感与特色小镇建设研究——基于新疆特色小镇居民的调研

Research on Financial Availability, Residents′ Happiness and the Construction ofCharacteristic Towns:Based on the Survey of Residents in Xinjiang Characteristic Towns

特色小镇是新型城镇化建设的载体,为区域经济发展带来新的增长点,小镇建设离不开金融支持,小镇建设的目标之一是提高小镇居民幸福感。文章基于全国培育与建设特色小镇背景,以新疆14个已批准的特色小镇居民作为研究对象,通过收集到的5513份有效问卷,运用结构方程模型来探究金融可得性、居民幸福感以及特色小镇建设三者之间的内在关系。研究发现:小镇金融可得性提高有利于居民幸福感提升和小镇建设,但比起居民幸福感提升,金融可得性对小镇建设的促进作用更大;居民幸福感提升在一定程度上也有利于特色小镇建设与发展。因此,在特色小镇建设过程中要加大金融基础设施建设,提高金融产品和服务的普及率;同时要为居民提供更多就业机会以增加收入,贯彻共享发展理念,鼓励居民参与小镇建设。

Characteristic town is the carrier of new urbanization construction and brings new growth point for regional economic de⁃velopment.Financial support is indispensable for town construction.One of the goals of small-scale town construction is to improve the happiness of the residents.Based on the background of national cultivation and construction of characteristic towns,this paper takes the residents of 14 characteristic towns in Xinjiang as the research object,and uses structural equation model to explore the internal relationship among financial availability,residents′well-being and the construction of characteristic towns with 5513 val⁃id questionnaires.The results show that the improvement of financial availability is conducive to the improvement of residents′well-being and town construction;but compared with the improvement of residents′well-being,financial availability has a greater role in promoting the construction of small-scale towns.The improvement of residents′well-being is also conducive to the con⁃struction and development of characteristic towns to a certain extent.Therefore,in the construction process of characteristic towns,we should increase the construction of financial infrastructure and improve the popularity of financial products and services.At the same time,we should provide more employment opportunities for residents to increase their income,implement the concept of shared development,and encourage them to participate in the construction of small-scale towns.
