企业高质量发展评价的理论模型研究——基于良品铺子的案例分析

Research on the Theoretical Model of the Evaluation of the High Quality Development of Enterprises Based on the Case Analysis of Bestore

企业高质量发展是整个经济高质量发展的微观基础。现有文献对企业高质量发展的内涵界定与评价研究缺乏普遍适用性。本文遵循“质量—高质量发展—企业高质量发展”的逻辑顺序,围绕企业高质量发展的前提条件、核心关键、支撑保障与表现形态,界定了企业高质量发展的内涵:企业高质量发展是在满足安全合规的前提下,在构建的平台生态圈内依托一定的技术手段通过供应链战略协同实现质量管理与流程控制,向全社会提供优质的产品和服务,使利益相关方合作共赢的一种发展状态。据此本文从安全合规与质量管理、产品能力与客户能力、供应链管理与平台运营、经营绩效与运营效率四个维度构建了一套具有一般性的评价企业高质量发展的理论模型,并采用案例分析法验证了理论模型的适用性。本文研究拓展了企业高质量发展的研究视角,所提出的理论模型对于评价企业高质量发展具有普遍适用性,对于新形势下企业追求高质量发展具有重要启示。

It is understood that the high quality development of enterprises is the micro foundation of the high quality development of the whole economy.However,there is a lack of generality in the existing literature on the connotation definition and evaluation of the high quality development of enterprises.This paper,following the logical order of‘quality-high quality-high quality development of enterprises’,makes an attempt to define the connotation of high quality development Of enterprises,considering the necessary elements of such a development,i.e.its preconditions,key links,supports as well as expressions.The high quality development of enterprises is believed to be a state of development,in which high quality products and service are provided to the whole society and a win-win cooperative relationship is achieved for all stakeholders,by way of complying with safety and regulation requirements,constructing platforms within certain ecosystems,relying on certain technological means,obtaining strategic coordination on the supply chains,as well as realizing quality management and process control.On this basis,a set of general theoretical models is constructed in this study for the evaluation of the high quality development of enterprises from four dimensions,,namely,safety compliance and quality management,product capability and customer capability,supply chain management and platform operation,business performance and operational efficiency.The applicability of the theoretical models is then verified by using the case analysis method.This study,with its expansion on the research perspectives for high quality development of enterprises as well as the theoretical models proposed therein being general for the evaluation of high quality development of enterprises,should have important implications for the pursuit of high quality development of enterprises under the new situation.
