摘要 以间甲酚、甲醛和硼酸为反应原料,采用原位聚合方法分别合成了甲基酚醛树脂和硼改性甲基酚醛树脂,表征了树脂的结构,测试了其力学性能、耐热性能和残碳率,研究了树脂结构对其性能的影响。结果表明:与甲基酚醛树脂相比,硼改性酚醛树脂综合性能最优,残炭率为41.61%,拉伸强度为31.21 MPa,弯曲强度为80.14 MPa,冲击强度为46.79 MPa,有望做为热防护材料基体树脂使用。 In this paper,methyl phenolic resin and boron modified methyl phenolic resin were synthesized by in-situ polymerization with m-cresol,formaldehyde and boric acid as raw materials.The structure of the resins was characterized.Its mechanical properties,heat resistance and carbon residue rate were tested.The effect of resin structure on its properties was studied.The carbon residue rate is 41.61%;the tensile strength is 31.21 MPa;the flexural strength is 80.14 MPa;and the impact strength is 46.79 MPa.These results show that boron modified phenolic resin has the best comprehensive properties compared to methyl phenolic resin.It is expected that boron modified phenolic resin could be used as matrix resin for thermal protection materials.
