摘要
解决高校创业教育与专业教育相互分离的问题是高校创业教育深化发展的关键。美国高校创业教育与专业教育整合实践体系涵盖包容多元的培养理念与目标,松散联合型、渗透嵌入型、交叉整合型和跨学科整合型课程构成的课程体系,中心扩散型组织、平台协调型组织和中心统筹型组织构成的组织模式体系;专职型创业师资、整合型创业师资和实践型创业师资构成的师资体系。我国高校创业教育与专业教育整合发展可从理念与目标、课程体系、组织模式与师资体系等方面改革。
To solve the problem of separation between entrepreneurship education and professional education is the key to the further development of entrepreneurship education in universities in China.American universities’practical system of the integration of entrepreneurship education and professional education,which is manifested in the following aspects:inclusive and diversified training ideas and objectives;curriculum system composed of loose joint,infiltration embedded,cross integrated and interdisciplinary integrated courses;organization mode system composed of center diffusion organization,platform coordination organization and central overall planning organization;teacher system consists of specialized entrepreneurship teachers,integrated entrepreneurship teachers and practical entrepreneurship teachers.The integration of entrepreneurship education and professional education in universities in China can be reformed and practiced from the perspectives of ideas and objectives,curriculum system,organizational form and teachers system.
