Pay attention to cardiogenic shock

心源性休克是心血管疾病治疗领域的重大挑战。近年来,心源性休克的诊断和治疗均取得诸多进展。文章将从心源性休克的现代概念、临床评估方法、现代治疗及休克中心的建设4个方面将心源性休克做一系统述评。

Cardiogenic shock(CS) is a major challenge in the field of cardiovascular disease treatment. Recently,considerable progress has been made in the diagnosis and treatment of CS. Thus,this paper will introduce the advancement of CS from four aspects: modern concept,clinical evaluation methods,modern treatment and construction of shock center.
