定向士官“订单式”人才培养存在的问题及对策

摘要 定向士官“订单式”人才培养主要是依托地方院校的优势专业资源,为部队培养高素质技能型士官人才,其性质属于任职教育的范畴,具有岗位指向明确、能力目标突出、教学主体鲜明、教学效能显著等特点。在明确“订单式”人才培养内涵的基础上,分析当前定向士官“订单式”人才培养存在的问题,并从培养机制、考核激励、教师队伍、课程教学四个方面提出对策。 The"order-oriented"talents training of targeted non-commissioned officers mainly relies on the advantageous professional resources of local colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality skilled sergeant talents for the army.Its nature belongs to the category of post education,and has the characteristics of clear post orientation,outstanding ability goal,distinct teaching subject and remarkable teaching effect.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of"order-oriented"talents training,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current"order-oriented"talents training of targeted non-commissioned officers,and puts forward countermeasures from four aspects of training mechanism,assessment and incentive,teacher team and curriculum teaching.
