摘要 职业岗位能力是高等职业教育中不可或缺的一项能力,它对职业教育的人才培养提出了更为严格的要求。为了培养出具备职业岗位能力的高端技能型专门人才,船舶工程技术专业必须积极探索课程体系、教学模式等方面的改革,进一步加强校企合作力度,引入行业企业标准,以企业需求引领理论教学和实践教学方向,并将现代学徒制教学模式融入教学活动,从而更好地为我国船舶工业发展服务。 Vocational post ability is the most indispensable ability in higher vocational education,and it puts forward more stringent requirements for talents cultivation in vocational education.In order to cultivate high-end skilled talents with professional post ability,ship engineering technology major must actively explore the reform of curriculum system and teaching mode,further strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation,introduce industry and enterprise standards,lead the direction of theoretical teaching and practical teaching with the need of enterprises,and integrate modern apprenticeship teaching mode into teaching activities,so as to better serve the development of China's shipbuilding industry.
