Research on the Path of Organizational Improvement of Grassroots Party Branches in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

高校基层党支部作为高校最基层的党组织,肩负着党员教育和培养,思想教育阵地占领,立德树人等重要职责。在调查分析高校基层党支部建设以及组织力发挥作用的过程中存在问题的基础上,对高校基层党支部组织引导力、凝聚力、决策力和发展力进行研究,并从政治功能、组织体系、制度体系和队伍建设四个维度,分析问题产生的原因,探究高校基层党支部组织力提升路径。

As the grassroots Party organization of colleges and universities,grassroots Party branch of colleges and universities is shouldering the important responsibilities of Party member education,training,occupation of ideological education positions,building morality and cultivating people and so on.On the basis of investigating and analyzing the problems in the construction of the grassroots Party branches in colleges and universities and in the process of organizational power working,this paper studies the guiding force,cohesive force,decision-making power and development force of grassroots Party branches in colleges and universities.And from the four dimensions of political function,organizational system,system and team building,this paper analyses the causes of the problems,explores the path of organizational improvement of grassroots Party branches in colleges and universities.
