摘要
教师由培训回到实际工作中,往往会出现难以将所学的信息技术有效迁移到工作中的情况,究其原因在于教师的培训迁移情况和实际环境有着密切的联系。因此,在明确培训迁移问题研究重要性的基础上,通过实际调查,找出影响受训教师信息技术应用能力培训迁移的环境因素,并围绕这些影响因素提出相应的改进对策与建议。
When teachers return from training to actual work,it is often difficult to effectively transfer the information technology they have learned to work.The reason lies in the close relation between the teacher's training transfer and the actual environment.Therefore,on the basis of clarifying the importance of the research on the training transfer problem,through the actual investigation,the environmental factors that affect the training transfer of the trained teachers'information technology application ability is found out,and corresponding improvement countermeasures and suggestions around these influencing factors are put forward.
