眼科参与多科疑难会诊及多学科团队门诊分析

Analysis of Multi-disciplinary Consultations and Multidisciplinary Team Outpatient in Ophthalmology

目的分析四川大学华西医院由眼科发起及参与的多科疑难会诊及多学科团队门诊,了解华西医院眼科多学科协作诊疗现状,探讨多学科协作价值。方法回顾性分析2016—2019年眼科参加多科疑难会诊及多学科团队门诊病例,分析患者的性别、年龄、会诊模式、参与会诊科室、会诊疾病构成。结果眼科发起及参与的多科会诊包括多科疑难会诊及多学科团队门诊两种模式,共314例。174例多科会诊共涉及19个科室,参与医生418人次,其中两科联合会诊120例(68.97%)。140例多学科团队门诊中,甲状腺相关眼病123例,视网膜母细胞瘤9例,恶性黑色素瘤8例。结论眼科发起及参与的多科疑难会诊疾病中,以眶、颅、鼻沟通性占位病变为主。联合会诊以眼科、神经外科、耳鼻咽喉头颈外科合作较为紧密。多学科团队门诊中以甲状腺相关眼病为主,多科疑难会诊及多学科团队门诊降低了患者就诊难度,有利于医院疑难疾病诊治水平的提高,具有推广意义。

Objective To analyze the multi-disciplinary consultation and MDT Outpatient initiated and participated by the Department of Ophthalmology,West China Hospital of Sichuan University;to understand the current situation of multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment in West China Ophthalmology;and to explore the value of multidisciplinary collaboration.Methods Retrospective analysis of multi-disciplinary consultation and MDT Outpatient in Ophthalmology from 2016 to 2019,and analysis of patients’gender,age,consultation mode,consultations department and consultation disease composition were done.Results The multi-disciplinary consultations initiated and participated by Ophthalmology included Multi-disciplinary consultations and MDT Outpatient,with a total of 314 cases.A total of 174 multi-disciplinary consultations involved 19 departments and 418 attending doctors.Among them,120 cases(68.97%)were jointly consulted by the two departments.Among 140 cases of MDT Outpatient,there were 123 cases of TAO MDT Outpatient,9 cases of RB MDT Outpatient,and 8 cases of MM MDT Outpatient.Conclusion The orthopedic,cranial and nasal communication occupying lesions are the main diseases in the multi-disciplinary consultations initiated and participated by Ophthalmology.In the joint consultation,Ophthalmology,neurosurgery,otolaryngology,and head and neck surgery are more closely cooperated.Thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy is more in MDT Outpatient,and multi-disciplinary consultation and MDT Outpatient improve the efficiency of patient consultation,so that patients who need multi-disciplinary joint diagnosis and treatment can reduce the difficulty of patients seeking medical treatment,which is conducive to the improvement of the diagnosis and treatment of difficult diseases in the hospital,and it has the significance of promotion.
