激光在牙周疾病诊疗中的应用

Application of laser in the diagnosis and treatment of periodontal diseases

微创牙周治疗以创伤小、风险低、恢复快等优点成为慢性牙周炎常见的重要治疗方法。与牙周炎的传统机械治疗方法相比,激光的辅助或替代治疗具有诸多优点,是微创牙周治疗的主要发展方向和研究热点。文章就牙周治疗常用激光对菌斑、牙石和病变组织的去除,对牙周组织再生、疼痛控制的作用,以及在牙周疾病的诊断预防中的研究进展做一阐述,旨为激光在牙周领域的应用和研究提供新思路。

Minimally invasive treatment of periodontal disease is the commonly available method characterized by minor trauma,low risk,and rapid recovery.Compared with traditional mechanical therapy,an adjunctive or alternative therapy of laser has many advantages and has become one area of recent interest and development.This review focuses on the working principle and biological role of common periodontal laser device,including its effects on the removal of plaque and dental calculus,its impact on regeneration for periodontal tissue,its role in pain control,the research progress and future directions of laser in the diagnosis,prevention,and treatment of periodontal diseases,aiming to provide new insights into the further clinical application.
