摘要
杀菌剂在农业领域的长期滥用,造成了其在农产品中的残留超标,而长期摄入这种超标食品会对人体健康造成很大危害,因此需要对农产品中的杀菌剂残留进行分析检测。本文总结了这类杀菌剂半抗原的设计与合成过程,综述了检测杀菌剂残留的ELSA、胶体金免疫层析法、时间分辨荧光免疫分析法和免疫传感器,并对检测技术的存在问题及发展趋势进行了讨论。
The long-term abuse of fungicides in the agricultural field has led their residues in the agricultural products to exceed the standards.However,people consume this food which fungicide residues is above the stipulated standards for a long time,which will cause great harm to human health.Therefore,it is urgent to detect fungicide residues in the agricultural products.In this paper,the design and synthesis of fungicide haptens are summarized.The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,colloidal gold immunochromatography assay,time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay and immunosensor for the detection of fungicide residues are reviewed.The problems and development trend of the immunoassay technology for determining fungicide residues are discussed.
