社区法治教育的困境何以破局

How to Break the Dilemma of Community Legal Education

社区法治教育在改革开放后曾随普法深入与社区教育发展有长足的发展。在快速成长后,社区法治教育因定位错位及教育内容陈旧、社区内各教育主体联系欠缺陷入了困境。通过比较民国时期的法治教育教训及美国社区法治教育的经验,可以得出社区法治教育如想走出困境,需要从定位明确社区法治教育的法治思想普及根本性质,也需要从法律、制度上得到保障,同时拓展促进民众权利保护的新型教育形式。

After the reform and opening up of China,community rule of law education has made great strides with the deepening of legal literacy and the development of community education.After the rapid growth and prosperity,the community rule of law education has been caught in a dilemma due to the misplaced positioning and obsolete educational content,and the lack of connection among educational subjects in the community.Through history,comparing the lessons of the Republic of China’s rule of law education and the experience of community rule of law education in the United States,it can be concluded that if community rule of law education wants to get out of the predicament and develop virtuously,it needs to be clear from the positioning of community rule of law education,the fundamental nature of the popularization of the idea of the rule of law,but also needs to be guaranteed from the legal and institutional point of view,while expanding the new forms of education to promote the protection of people’s rights.
