文化生态视域下西藏少数民族外语教育探析

The Development of Minorities’Foreign Language Education in Tibet from the Perspective of Cultural Ecology

文化生态以教育为中心,对教育的产生、存在和发展起着制约和调控作用。西藏独特而复杂的文化生态环境对西藏外语教育的发展具有重要影响。藏族文化与汉族文化、西方文化之间有文化冲突,“藏-汉-英三语教育”存在多元文化失衡问题。针对此问题,可以加强西藏地区基础外语教育和文化生态环境的建设;整合教学目标,发展有民族文化特点的外语教育;融入民族文化,课程设计要突出“民族性”;注重教师发展,保证民族教学质量,使西藏少数民族外语教育得到跨越式的发展。

The cultural ecology is centered on education,which restricts and regulates the emergence,existence and development of education.The unique and complex cultural ecological environment in Tibet has an important influence on the development of foreign language education in Tibet.There are cultural conflicts between Tibetan culture,Han culture,and Western culture.There is a multicultural imbalance in“Tibetan-Chinese-English trilingual education”.To solve the problems,the minorities’foreign language education in Tibet are required to develop from the perspectives of culture ecological environment,educational and instructional goal,instructional contents and teachers’development in foreign language education.
