抽水蓄能机组故障工况转子磁极线圈受力和阻尼绕组结构优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 抽水畜能机组在实际运行中要经常进行工况切换,如电动工况起动→空载运行→并网电动运行→电制动停机,发电工况起动→空载运行→并网发电运行→电制动停机等。抽水蓄能机组在工况切换期间可能会发生机端短路故障,由于机端发生短路时,定子绕组感应大电流的同时励磁然组电流也会冲击,导致转子磁极线圈受到巨大的径向电磁力,从而在转子磁极线圈及其相关部件上产生较大的应力。以一台300MW抽水蓄能机组为研究对象,对向心磁极结构在空载运行三相突然短路、停机电制动误强励两种故障工况进行了磁极线圈向心力计算。在上述研究的基础上基于粒子群优化算法在空载三相突然短路工况下进行阻尼绕组结构优化设计研究,提出阻尼绕组结构的优化方向。 The pumped-storage unite often need to switch its operational states in actual opereation,such as electeic starting,no-load operation,grid-connected electeic operation,electric braking stop,power generation starting,no-load operation,grid-connected power generation operation and electric braking stop.The pumped storage unite may occur short-circuited fault at machine end during the condition stitching.When a short-circuited fauit occurs at the machine end,the stator winding will induce a large current and will be shocked by the excitation winding current simultaneously.The rotor field poie coii wili suffer a huge radiai electromagnetic forcc,and then the large stress will occur on it and its related components.Taking a 300MW pumped storage unit as a research object,this paper describes the calculation of the centripetal forcc of otd poie coii under lao fault conditions of three-phase sudden shoi circuit and shutdown electee braking error excitation during no-load operation of centripetal field poie structure.On the basis of the above research,the research on optimization design of the damping winding steucture is carried out by particle swarm optimization algorithm under the condition of three-phase no-load sudden short circuit,and the optimization direction of the damping winding structure is proposed also.
