异步电动机定子冲片槽型优化

摘要 异步电动机冲片结构尺寸影响电机磁密进而影响电动机性能,同时在满足性能的前提下,在一些工况下,冲片还需能够承受工作压力,这就加大了电机槽口结构尺寸设计的难度,本文以异步电动机定子冲片槽型结构为例,在不影响电气性能的前提下,综合考虑冲片强度和下线工艺性,最终确定定子槽型最优方案。 The stnuctiure and size of punching plate of induction motor will Tfect its fliux density,and then affect its performance.On the premise of meeting its performance,the punc­hing plate need to suffer tlie worlc pressure under some conditions simultaneously.It increases the difficulties in design of structure and size of slot opening of motor.Taking a slot shape structure of stator punching plate of induction motor as an example,under the premise of not influencing e-lectical peiformance,the optimal scheme of stator slot shape was finally determined through over­all considerng the strength of punching plate and the insering technology of windings.
