摘要
异步电动机冲片结构尺寸影响电机磁密进而影响电动机性能,同时在满足性能的前提下,在一些工况下,冲片还需能够承受工作压力,这就加大了电机槽口结构尺寸设计的难度,本文以异步电动机定子冲片槽型结构为例,在不影响电气性能的前提下,综合考虑冲片强度和下线工艺性,最终确定定子槽型最优方案。
The stnuctiure and size of punching plate of induction motor will Tfect its fliux density,and then affect its performance.On the premise of meeting its performance,the punching plate need to suffer tlie worlc pressure under some conditions simultaneously.It increases the difficulties in design of structure and size of slot opening of motor.Taking a slot shape structure of stator punching plate of induction motor as an example,under the premise of not influencing e-lectical peiformance,the optimal scheme of stator slot shape was finally determined through overall considerng the strength of punching plate and the insering technology of windings.
