摘要
针对高河能源“三下”压煤量大,矿井服务年限不足的问题,以高河能源E1302工作面为背景,分析了高河能源E1302工作面地质条件,确定了采用分层充填开采的技术方案。从开采顺序、工作面巷道布置方式、隔离充填工艺等方面分析了E1302工作面充填开采方案,并确定了以煤矸石为主的充填材料和系统工艺。通过井下实践,优化了充填技术工艺,提高了工作面采煤和充填效率。
Aiming at the problems of large amount of"three under"coal and insufficient service life of Gaohe Energy Co.,Ltd.,the author proposes the application of technical scheme of layering-and-filling mining at E1302 working face from the aspects of mining sequence,roadway layout and isolated filling technology,and optimizes the filling technology with the filling material of coal gangue,which can improve the mining and filling efficiency at the working face.
