摘要
针对13031工作面平交过13031中顺槽空巷的现场情况,建立测站收集数据分析空巷巷道应力、围岩位移变化规律情况及影响范围,根据分析结果,采用注浆加固技术对空巷煤体进行超前加固,并在回采过程中对空巷采用超前背顶加固的方式进行加强支护。现场应用结果表明,该方案提高空巷煤体的整体性和强度,达到了加固的目的,且效果良好。
By analysis of the abandoned roadway stress and the variation law and influence range of surrounding rock displacement based on data obtained from the monitoring station at 13031 working face crossing 13031 middle gateway,the author proposes the bolt grouting reinforcement technology to strengthen the coal body in advance,and reinforce the gob roadway by the way of advance back top reinforcement in the mining process,whose practical results,the bolt grouting reinforcement technology was used to strengthen the goaf field practice shows the scheme can improve the integrity and strength of coal body,achieve the purpose of reinforcement with good effect.
