特厚煤层巷道快速掘进与支护技术应用 被引量:4

摘要 为保障2404皮带顺槽围岩稳定的基础上提升巷道的掘进速度,通过分析支护参数的选取原则,确定巷道采用高强高预应力的支护方案,并根据MB670掘锚一体机的特征,进行割煤支护工序和截割循环方式的设计;并采用数值模拟进行了掘进工艺中支护方式的优化,确定采用2个循环进尺不退机组的顶帮不成排支护方式。实际应用效果表明,巷道掘进采用调整后的掘锚工艺时巷道掘进循环周期减少35 min,最大月进尺508 m,掘进效率大幅提高;顶底板和两帮最大移近量分别为120 mm和69 mm,围岩变形稳定。 To improve the driving speed based on the stability of surrounding rock at 2404 belt crossheading,the paper presents a high-strength and high-prestressed support scheme with the design of coal cutting support process and cutting cycle mode by analyzing the selection principle of the support parameters,and determines the optimized top row of support with two loops of non-retracting unit in the tunneling process according to the characteristics of the MB670 all-in-one digging and anchoring machine,whose actual application results show that the tunnel driving cycle period is reduced by 35 minutes,the maximum monthly advancement length is 508 m/month,and the driving efficiency is greatly improved;the maximum approaching distance of the roof and floor and the two groups are 120 mm and 69 mm with stable surrounding rock deformation.
